When you're an athlete, that means you have a fierce appetite for food. You'll pretty much shove anything in your mouth at any given time; like a Lee's Vietmanese sandwich (that I'm not eating because that would be a no-no). If we wanna be built to perform, then why not fuel your body with food that not only tastes good, but that will also give you optimal performance;)
