CHEESY EASY OMELETE

Breakfast is the EASIEST and cheapest meal to make. So whatever excuse you have to not eat breakfast is just plain dumb. Wake up a litle earlier. Buy some damn eggs. Enjoy the delicious taste of protein.
I will NOT accept the fact that you are lazy. If you say or think you are, I still refuse to believe it. You are NOT lazy. You are choosing to be lazy, which is a choice, not a part of your DNA. Stop letting that define you. Be a big boy/girl and grab life by the huevos.
I eat eggs almost every day. Before I go to sleep, I think of them in excitement. I can't wait to wake up to be reunited with my eggs!!!

CHEESY EASY OMELETTE
2 eggs whisked
1 handful kale, chopped
small handful cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 rep bell pepper, diced
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp ghee
sea salt and pepper to taste
1/4 avocado, sliced
Directions:
Heat ghee in desired pan.
Add kale and toss around.
Pour in your eggs and then everything else.
Cook to your liking, then plate and top with nutritional yeast, salt and pepper and avocado:)
